Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14
days after receiving your item to request a return.
To
be eligible for a refund/return, your item must be unopened
and unused.
To
start a return, you can contact us at using the contact
form on this site. If your return is accepted, we’ll
send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions
on how and where to send your package. Items sent back
to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages
and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us
immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you
receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue
and make it right.
Exceptions
/ Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items,
gift cards, premade nail sets or eyelash extension sets.
All sales are considered final. No exchanges/no refunds.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to
return the item you have, and once the return is accepted,
we will contact you regarding the item you wish to be
sent in its place.
Refunds
regarding Returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected
your return, and let you know if the refund was approved
or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded
on your original payment method minus the shipping fee.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or
credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Return
to sender refunds
If a package is returned to our facility due to incorrect
shipping information, the order will be refunded the purchased
price minus the original shipping charge.
Delivered
but missing package
Packages
that tracking shows as "delivered" but have
not been received by the customer are considered to be
stolen. Dazzled Nails requires a police report when the
customer’s missing package is marked as delivered.
Customer
files the police report and includes an explanation that
the package has been stolen and to process the order issue
with Dazzled Nails, Dazzled Nails is requiring a police
report.
Send Dazzled Nails the police report PDF & number
in the order issue.
Upon
request, Dazzled Nails can require additional documentation
(e.g. proof of identity, address, etc.).
Note:
Depending upon the jurisdiction, a false police report
may be charged as a misdemeanor or a felony
**Order
issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not
received, are considered by Dazzled Nails as stolen, if
you choose to file a police report, it must be filed 10
business days after “delivery date” but no
longer than 30 business days to ensure it was not misdelivered,
held for you by a neighbor or found on or around the premises.
